If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, returns initiated within 30 days of the purchase date can be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). The refund will be issued via the same form as the original payment type. Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return your purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. To aid us in processing your return, please ensure that you have your order number and email address associated with the order on hand.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
To ensure great customer service, for returns outside of the 30-day window, we may make case-by-case exceptions.
We want to see you out there in the product that best meets your needs. For items in unworn, saleable condition and returns are initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, we will be happy to assist you with a merchandise exchange. Please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive the information to return your goods within 2 business days.
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so provided that the order has not yet shipped. If the item you want to cancel has shipped, please contact Customer Service for a return and refund.
For non-warranty returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. For peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking service. Sale items are non-returnable.
If the following conditions are not met, G-Form reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
